Legalization

In order to apply for legalization, please ensure that submitted documents meet our requirements in accordance with the following list:

1. Written request addressed to the Consular Section of the Embassy requesting to legalize the document and briefly describing which purposes these documents will serve and what kind of document it is;

2. Application form;

3. Original and copy of passport or IC;

4. Original of the document to be legalized;

5. A copy of the document to be legalized authorized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia (for the Malaysian citizens)/or by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Brunei Darussalam (for the citizens of the Brunei Darussalam);

6. Authorization letter;

Consular fee: USD 35.

The processing time is 3 working days.
