On October 19th 2017 Kazakhstan's Ambassador to Turkey Abzal Saparbekuly participated to business forum of businesswomen of Kazakhstan and Turkey. Goal of this forum is to develop cooperation between the Council of Businesswomen of the The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Council of Businesswomen of The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan “Atameken".
The forum was also attended by businesswomen from the TOBB Business Women's Council and a delegation of businesswomen from Kazakhstan.
In his opening speech, TOBB board member Cengiz Günay underlined the importance of the Kazakhstan's "Strategy 2050" and "Nurly Zhol" program, and stated that 2 billion US dollars were invested in various sectors of Kazakhstan.
The chairman of the board of the TOBB businesswomen's council, Ruhsar Pekcan, noted that there are still many potential opportunities for cooperation between the two countries
Ambassador Abzal Saparbekuly in his speech informed about the investment opportunities of the country, noting the advantages for investors in Kazakhstan.
The forum also featured presentations on the Turkish economy, the TOBB Businesswomen's Council and the Atameken Businesswomen's council.
