Reclamation of documents from the Republic of Kazakhstan

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreign citizens and stateless persons residing abroad, demand documents from Kazakhstan through diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan at their place of residence.


To obtain the documents, you must personally appear at a nearby consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan (on land reference) and fill in the following documents:

1. Application in any form - 4 copies .;

2. Application form - 4 copies.

3. Copies of the requested document (if any) - 4 copies;

4. Original document of identification and copies - 4 copies;

5. Original payment receipt after verification of documents by the consul

Requesting documents from the Republic of Kazakhstan ranges from 3 to 6 months.


Requests of individuals for reclamation are not subject to satisfaction:

Repeated certificates of registration of acts of civil status, if they are issued not to the applicant, but to other persons;

Marriage certificates if the marriage is dissolved;

Birth certificates for the dead.

Death certificates may be requested by relatives of the deceased or legal entities for official purposes.

Birth certificates for children under 16 years of age can be requested by parents, adoptive parents, guardians, custodians and the administration of children's institutions.

Originals and copies of military IDs and official ID cards are not subject to reclamation.

Attebntion! Documents are not accepted by mail!

The consular department is not responsible for the safety of documents sent by applicants by mail.

The consular department reserves the right to require additional documents from applicants.
